The "Dad_Brad" character to which you're referring was making fraudulent and completely false statements (claims such as "your station is off the air more than it is on" when we have FIVE transmitters (a main and FOUR backups) so, it's very likely that anyone with any KNOWLEDGE can tell you how likely that claim is to be true.

Also, the claims of the "Bad_Brad" person were (as is your claim, here) a VIOATION of that October 3, 2002 COURT ORDER...

No, the post was NOT deleted. It was STORED pending the submission of a VERIFIABLE I.D. by the posting party. We don't delete posts but, since you and your outlaw group of Gestapo Cronies have forced us to run EVERYTHING by attorneys, we WILL hold off on the posting of anything that is patently offensive and inherently FALSE pending the submission of a verifiable I.D.

In other words, a clown can make any fraudulent claims they like so long as I can PROVE it was the CLOWN and not one of the more respectable people making the post. You, above all others should know this. Aren't you a director of a CHAMBER OF COMMERCE that is on this board publicly running down a business that's (for now) still located in your city? I'd say that's going just a bit above and beyond the call of duty, wouldn't you? As I've stated before, my personal contact information is all just below my name so that any person who questions who I am and what I say can contact me for verification. How would we (anyone reading these false claims of yours) go about contacting YOU for this same purpose? If you're telling it like it is, there should be no reason to hide. So, why are you hiding?
